Article 5 Received Today!
Our agency picked up our Article 5 from the US Consulate in Guangzhou today! This is our final stamp of approval before our paperwork is sent to the China Centre for Children's Welfare and Adoption for travel approval. Our agency said it takes approximately 2- 3 days to be delivered and then we'll wait another 2 - 4 weeks for travel approval. We're coming into the final stretch...and can't wait to meet Chloe!
