Meet Chloe...

Below are some of her beautiful pictures. We fell in love at first sight.

She has been under the care of Love Without Boundaries, a fabulous non-profit started by adoptive parents, that funds and sets up foster care, educational programs, medical care, and nutritional programs for Chinese orphans. I'm Severine we received a pre-approuval for a little boy with cleft palate from Huainan in december. He is in a foster familly too.

3/6/12 - Notified of Consulate Appointment - 4/3/2011
3/2/12 - Received travel approval
2/21/12 - Article 5 picked up from U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou
2/7/2012 - Paperwork hand delivered to U.S. Consulate in China for Article 5
2/3/2012 - Received confirmation letter stating that the NVC has forwarded our info. to the U.S. Consulate in China
2/2/2012 - Received email confirmation from NVC that they had entered our info. into their system

10/2/2011 - Letter of Intent (LOI) sent
9/29/2011 - Received referral for Chloe
